30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If your first order isn’t the right fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help make it right.
One-Time (Non-Subscription) Orders
Tried OmiStrip and it wasn’t the right fit? You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened Products
We’ll process your refund and provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note: prepaid return labels are not provided for U.S. or Canada orders.
Opened Products
You may keep the product. If this was your first non-subscription purchase, we’re happy to issue a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
A small return processing fee applies to U.S. and Canada orders.
Original shipping, handling, and package protection fees are non-refundable.
Subscription Orders
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
If an order has already shipped, changes will apply to your next shipment.
Refunds are not available for subscription orders that have already shipped. However, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery:
